Gone are the days when it was extremely expensive to hire a light plane or helicopter to get the desired images for showing off your property from the air. Aerial photography using drones is now a cost-effective way of making your property, or the property you are selling, stand out from the rest.
For a typical project involving aerial photography for real estate in South Tipperary/South Limerick/North East Cork, prices start at approximately €150. This is an approximate price as every project and location is different, and an accurate quote can only be given once all the details of the project are known.
This price includes a site inspection and consultation with the client prior to flight, and a set of 10-15 professionally-edited high-resolution photographs in soft copy form.
For real estate agents and auctioneers, I can also arrange for photography of the property from the ground, including capturing all interior rooms, gardens, and any other exterior features in the same high-resolution and quality as from the air. This would be quoted separately.
I also offer a printing, mounting and framing service, which produces a stunning end-result, perfect for the wall of a new home, or as a new home or anniversary gift.
